Striped squares break a rule. Check outlines marks that disagree with the solution, and Hint reveals or corrects one square. Use as much help as you like.
This small cat Sudoku follows the familiar Sudoku rules on a 4 by 4 board. Four numbered cat characters take the place of a larger set of digits, so you can learn the row, column and box rules without tackling a full 9 by 9 puzzle. The starting cats cannot be moved. Each of the six boards has one solution.
Choose one of the four numbered cats and tap an empty square. Choose Erase to clear your own entry. On a keyboard, focus a square and press 1 to 4, or Backspace to erase.
Those cats are the puzzle's starting clues. Use them to work out the remaining cats; they cannot be changed or erased.
Yes. All six games are free to play as a guest in your browser. You do not need an account, a download or a virtual pet.
Your puzzle boards, management games and arcade best scores are saved separately in this browser when device storage is available. They do not sync between devices, and clearing site data removes them. You can still play if storage is unavailable.
